Questions Before You Book?

Come with a clean, bare face (no makeup) and wear a top you can easily remove — you'll be draped with colour swatches. We provide everything else at the studio.

Yes — our 12-season system was built specifically for the full range of Asian complexions, including Indian, Malay, Chinese and mixed-heritage skin tones. Western and Korean methods weren't designed with our undertone diversity in mind. Ours was.

Korean colour analysis (typically 4-season) works well for Korean skin tones but doesn't fully account for the wider range of Southeast Asian undertones. Our 12-season system was developed specifically for Asian complexions — not adapted from Western or Korean methods.

Many clients come to us after a Korean 4-season or Western result that just didn't feel right. Our 12-season method is more precise and accounts for the subtle undertone differences that matter for Asian skin. If your current palette isn't working for you, it's worth redoing it properly.

Yes! Group bookings for 2–4 people are available at a group rate. WhatsApp us to arrange a group session.

You can reschedule free of charge up to 14 days before your session. Reschedules within 14 days incur a $50 admin fee. Cancellations are non-refundable, but your booking can be transferred to a friend or family member at no charge. Terms apply.
